Before we begin reading The Wave it's important that we start thinking about some of the key concepts covered in the story. The first term we spoke about in class was fascism.
1) Take a few minutes to read over the definition. Try and make some comparisons to our government (The United States) and a fascist government (Nazi Germany).
2) Analyze the following quote from The Wave:
Mr. Ross said, "It is amazing how much they like you when you make their decisions for them."
A. Do you agree with this statement? Why or why not?
B. Why is decision-making so difficult?
C. Come up with an example from your life to back up your statement.

Hi Krew,
All I can say is "wow". You have all made some extremely insightful comments in this posting. I am so impressed with how mature and high level your thinking is.
Brian G. Said: "Decision making is what makes life so interesting."
I couldn't agree with you more. If everything was mapped out for us and all the decisions were made--then what would be the point of making are lives in this world. This life, and figuring out how to live it isn't easy, but that's all part of the fun. Imagine if we couldn't think for ourselves -- now that would be scary
Keep up with great posts, Krew. Very impressive.
This is from Ms. Klein:
Dear Krew,
I want to welcome Namir to our Blog.
He will be doing the blogging on Thursdays period 8.
I spent some time today reading some of your comments. BEFORE I grade your comments i want you all to go back and PROOFREAD>>>>listen to what you read aloud so that you can hear mistakes that reading silently doesn't reveal.
